Couple of Vegan Dishes - Edit
I have heard so much about Peruvian cuisine and there are so many Peruvian restaurants in Viña del Mar that I decided to try this one even though it’s not vegan-only. There were a couple dishes available Best one was the mushroom ceviche. The sweet root vegetable that comes with it (camote) has a memorable flavor. The breaded avocado (palta) dish is good but too much deep fried food.
