So happy to find this amazing tiny place in Heraklion on our only night there? The owner/staff were super friendly, English no problem. But the food wow! We had the Skepatski with homemade gyros! It came with delicious potato fries! We ordered an extra sauce - the home made tzatziki!! That was a highlight. They even make a basic falafel wrap for my daughter :))) so nice! We took all 3 flavours of the cheesecake home (because we were too full) and ate them for breakfast the next day! Highly recommend!

Are you also wondering why this has 5 stars? Go there, then you'll know! These are some of the nicest people and definitely the best vegan street food I've ever had! I am from Vienna, where we have a lot of vegan spots... but this was amazing! Really, thank you guys and to everyone else, you have to try it. The way they season their soy gyros is heavenly!

I’ve just landed back in England after 10 days away in Crete and I had food from them 4 times! The food is amazing! Super fresh. Super tasty and the staff are so friendly.

The titel is not an overstatement! Went there about a year ago and the food as well as the people were awesome! The only thing that could be better are the seating options, but that’s not really the restaurants fault since the place is very tight. The food is one hundred percent worth it tho!!

Really delicious gyros. Lots of choices to cover everyone, soy, mushroom or falafel. All made by the restaurant. The chips are fantastic. Great selection of kombucha and water kefir as well. Everything’s vegan and the staff are super friendly. We loved it.

Spent 2 months in Greece and this is the restaurant I would go again and again if I could. Mandatory stop if in Heraklion!!! The gyros are amazing and the dirty fries as well. The lemonade was very good. The staff is super nice. The place is very small with limited seating area though.

Really tasty food and the first place we could find in Crete that did proper gyros but vegan. So so so good. And the chips were top notch too. Priced very reasonably too.

I had a wonderful experience with the traditional soy gyros with arugula and spinach! Such a good combination of flavors and texture. I loved the pita bread as well; fresh and fluffy! I also have to give thanks to their prices and sizes that pleased both my stomach and wallet. I always appreciate being able to try a traditional dish as a vegan. Definitely coming back tomorrow!

Veganato knows their falafel! This is one of the best wraps I've eaten. I got the Palestinian hot tomato sauce falafel wrap which was hot, but at the perfect level, at least for me. The falafel itself was crispy on the outside and perfectly smooth and soft on the inside. All the vegetables stayed cold until finished, and were colorful and full of flavor!

I haven't had gyros in two years, and I was really surprised at how good it is. They have a huge selection. Personally, I liked the gyros with mushrooms the most, whereas my boyfriend preferred the soy version.

Hey there. It is a take away store. So baby chair could not fit in, as we dont even have tables. If you did not notice we have a fan and actually it is working all day long for the people and especialy for the staff that is working so hard to prepare your food. As i mentioned, it is a street food, take away store so doors are open , but summer is on and is extremely hot outside!!! Have a good one

Finally, I got to have vegan tzatziki in Crete.😄Great street food and large portions, unbelievably good value for money. Do try the strawberry cake! Only drawback is there's not really any space for sitting inside the restaurant, so do plan for take-away.

We had 2 regular soy chunks gyros and they were the best ones we had during our stay there. Absolutely delicious ! Portions ar rallye generous, we had the version with salad inside plus one portion of fries to share. We'll definitely come back and recommand this place !
